Terms and Conditions for Partner Universities of ieducationalise

Effective Date: July 15, 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern the partnership between ieducationalise (hereinafter referred to as "ieducationalise" or "We") and the Universities (hereinafter referred to as "the University" or "You") that engage in services or collaborations with ieducationalise. By partnering with ieducationalise, the University agrees to adhere to the following terms:

1. Data Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

• 1.1. Confidentiality Obligation: All data, information, and insights shared by ieducationalise with the University are strictly confidential.
• 1.2. Exclusive Use: Confidential Data is provided solely for the specific collaboration or event for which the University is a registered client.
• 1.3. No Third-Party Disclosure: The University shall not disclose or share any Confidential Data with any third party or outside entity.
• 1.4. University Responsibility for Personnel: The University is responsible for ensuring its personnel uphold confidentiality obligations.
• 1.5. Legal Consequences of Breach: Any unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Data may result in strict legal action under Indian law in Gurugram, Haryana.

2. Payment Terms and Conditions

• 2.1. Adherence to MOU: All payment terms must follow the MOU or legal agreement signed between ieducationalise and the University.
• 2.2. Timely Completion: Payments must be completed on time; delays may lead to service suspension or other consequences as per MOU.

3. Event Responsibility

• 3.1. ieducationalise Scope: Responsibility is limited to services explicitly mentioned in the signed agreement or MOU.
• 3.2. No Responsibility for Personal Problems: ieducationalise is not liable for personal issues faced by University personnel during events.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• 4.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• 4.2. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
